Haha not trying to convert anyone thought some might just find bits of it interesting. I'm not converted myself yet and I think at this stage some meat will still be in my diet (I love salmon to much)
You don't need protein from meat though you can get enough of it from veg and beans etc. My buddy is a good example completely plant based and natural body builder does not take a single supplement and his physique is as big and as lean as every other guy he stands next to on those gay stages haha.
There's also a 300 pound NFL player that's completey plant based.
Colas - everything I have read so far and from what my wife tells me who studies this is the body does not create bad cholesterol at all if on a 100% plant based diet. Humans only create "bad" who eat meat.milk.eggs.cheese. So, so far I believe that until I read something that's proves it wrong.
As always like everyone says though everything in moderation and listen to ur own body and most of us should be all good for many years to come
