With our currency plummeting against the US $ in 2019 does this means production board prices and going to go off the scale $$$ in 2020. I've seen signs of this already with a few brands early release models getting close to $3,000.

And off course does this mean the further rise of home grown Australian customs ?

local customs shouldn't go up too much, but all imported boards will increase, as will everything else that's imported... my work is implementing a 15% price rise now...

Retail prices will go up and so too the manufactures due to imported raw materials I've just seen a price increase from a major surfboard manufacturer. Importers nightmare at this point. If a retailer was already selling at a low margin they have no choice other than increase the sell price,or die a slow death.
