I'm new to sup and was just wondering if there is a group or club in Tassie that paddles in different locations etc. Barring that, does anyone know of places to paddle? I've hit a lot of wind so far . And, I just wanted to start a Tasmania forum too.

Hi ur, there is a club on the NW coast and a loose group of guys Downwinding in the South. We do promote and organise a few events, so if you want to run something let us know and we might be able to get a few along, but it's a bit like herding cats, especially if the surf is pumping

Thanks. Went out today and it was too windy and choppy. It would be nice to know where to go and paddle with someone.
