Question.. raced on the weekend on a inflatable sup. 43k.. the only issue I'm having is in pools of water in river are pools withs a headwind either straight on or side on. I am bending knees and smaller strokes, keeping nose down but it doesn't feel I'm going fast and dragging. Have played around with strokes ,etc but nothing. Any ideas or tips from people on how to fix this? cannot use hardbody due to the rocky rapids in river.
