As of last Surf Expo they started licensing it to every company interested.
I hear Infinity and Blue Planet are already in talks.

Sunova has exclusive deal on the race boards for the near future though. But surf and sup surf are open to all.

Personally I have a sup long board by Carbon Compact and that stuff works. Way better than my SIC 2 piece board.
