Looking to go for a SUP at Happy Valley near Caloundra tomorrow morning but I have never been there before.

Can anyone give me an idea of what is the best time and conditions to go?.... don't want to drive for an hour to find its flat or blown out

Check the surf report it's flat 1 ft but should be a little protected from the northerly still sunny and a beautiful spot for a paddle

Get there early if you want a park! it gets super busy on the weekends and school holidays!!!! I only go through the week after school drop off and there is still 10+ people.
