this looks interesting - I'm thinking it could attach to the fuselage of a hydrofoil kite board and presto... eFoil !!

Great concept but breaks the three rules, submerged battery, electronics and motor all at a price Joe Public can afford. Might work for short time/light use.

that's true, give the copy cat a few years and will be buying this for $50 each or less, but will not last long as those well made factory.
