Perhaps this is a technique to get a bit of acceptance among the prone pack? Dress up like Santa.. and who is going to be intolerant of your "presents"?oh.. yeah. thats right! That crowd is so hostile they would even boo Santa Claus! :D

Looks like to me he just rides what ever brand board he is dropping off to the lucky person on Xmas eve
