check out the channel next to the sand island, right hand side. its just about all sand. i couldn't paddle out through on a low tide for the first time today.

Just had two firemen in my shop and they dont know who Mr August is,they asked if he works out of the airport

i've just been told of some bad news
mr august has had a tragic waxing accident and has developed a painful ingrown hair on his left pec meaning he will not be able to make it on sunday. these things happen even to the best in the modelling caper

if conditions are right for the next club meet which is a race day, i'll see if we can do a dw run. if we do a run i don't think it would be super serious, more about getting more people out there and having the more experience paddlers helping out
i'll look into another clinic day if supsa members and others are up for it.we'll try and tie it in with mikeman- he's good at getting info across to people
ps never a crowd-plenty of unridden swells out in the ocean

Yeah thanks to lacey and Dale for bringing the DW's along and some quick tips really seems like technique makes a big difference.Keen to get out there and get some runners now!
