I'm heading to Byron Bay on Friday and keen for advice on some good SUP surf spots over the weekend - I'm around intermediate level and taking a short board...

I hear The Pass is a goody?

Yeah park at the The Pass carpark walk down stairs, not the boat ramp.

Hahaha. The pass is a great wave but so overcrowded and the agro vibe makes it not worth it. But in saying that with this wind we're having it may be your only choice. Everything else will be onshore mush.
