Stand Up Paddle Sports is looking for a spirited yet responsible individual to assist in the running of our busy Stand Up Paddle school.

Essential criteria for the role;

- Sound knowledge across Stand Up Paddle boards and equipment
- Reasonable knowledge of the Stand Up Paddle Industry
- Reasonable practical experience Stand up Paddle boarding
- Experience in customer service
- Valid manual drivers licence
- Available to work weekends and school holidays
- Ability to swim

Essential qualities for the role;

- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and with authority
- Ability to take direction and follow instructions
- Eager and willing to learn
- Attentive and responsible
- Mature attitude
- Confident, outgoing and friendly
- Physically fit to handle heavy lifting and/or perform rescues

Desirable criteria for the role;

- Current First Aid Certificate (or prepared to undertake training)
- Recognised qualifications as a SUP instructor (or prepared to undertake training)
