Anyone out there know anyone who is qualified in Clinical Pilates and who also SUPs.

Hi Phil
I have a Physio Clinic in Wembley Downs. We run clinical pilates which is geared toward specific functional core re-training for movement. I personally use this work out myself for SUP and outrigger paddling and it is fantastic.
