We had a great event at Sandy Point this year, with plenty of SUP and windsurfing action going on. Saturday delivered light wind, perfect for some SUP racing and a wave comp.

Is that Mick Malthouse in the middle ?

He said he was doing something different and there was life after AFL.

He does look a bit like Mick...but that's legendary Victorian waterman Andrew Daff. Daffy, just like Micky, has been a mentor to many speedsailors, including our own world champ ''Spotty'' and is an all round great bloke. Daffy was the first windsurfer to sail at Sandy Point,now also sups and has been helping us set the race courses on Cup Weekend with his boat for the past 25 years!
