Preparing for Hawkesbury This is the plan big 4hr paddle tomorrow. My main objective is to get a feel for what pace i can maintain and what my fueling and hydration requirements are. Im planing on consuming approximately 60gram of carbs per hour 30gr from electrolyte sports drink and 30gr from solid foods eg boiled potatoes bananas ect and 700ml of water per hour I'm hoping to maintain around 75% effort with the old ticker doing 138bpm. I'll be doing lapes around lake Munmorah if any one wants to join me. As this is a learning exercise any advice is greatly appreciated
