Friends planning a trip to Pohnpei Surf Club Oct next year, just after any feedback on what its like for a SUP surfer.

I was there in 2010 and noted some things of interest:

1. One R Naish had left a number of his boards there (instead of paying to take them home) smallest one was 9'5"

2. The flight there from Cairns, via Guam and back had no trouble taking my 8' XL Fish. Some planes containerise their cargo and have length limits

3. P Pass has an relatively easy roll-in take off, especially with the set waves
