Hi Everyone, I am getting a new board on the weekend, it is a race board but I will mainly use it for fitness purposes. My conundrum is what paddle do I go for. I have a pretty tight budget of $250 any help much appreciated.

Paddles are like shoes, if you wear them every day they wear out fast. So for fitness get a glass fiber combo, light but tough, or the naish ones around 220 are also nice and light. If your using daily I would suggest moving to a one piece as the wear and tear means the joins are going to loosen.

This year's starboard paddles at $250 or so are great value.
