What an insane day of racing at Collaroy NSW. The normally small break turned it on with huge swells and plenty of action. I won't report the full results here but will quickly throw up some photos. I was the little lens cameraman on the beach so there will certainly be some really good footage of this event that the pros have captured.

A big thank you to Fiona Guy who worked countless hours organising this event. You are truly a gem! Sam and Dale from Jamieson Park Paddle, you guys really know how to run an event. Thanks for a wonderful day!

Thanks to the paddlers for helping raise all the $$$$ for MS research.
The Nisco Naish boards really proved to add a fun element to the event so a big thanks to Aido, JB and Johnsy.
Thanks to the Qld and Vic crew who travelled and made this event even better.

Now I just need time to do the movie.

At one stage MJ I was still getting through the shore break when everyone else had finished. When I got back to the beach they were all packing up.

Seriously fun event today! Heavy conditions.
Although the conditions were hardly 'inclusive' the addition of the Naish NISCO One design racing was an absolute hoot. Everyone got smashed, but who cared! Paid my dues got smashed myself. Still had a great time!

One design racing definitely has a future.
