Very usefull vid. But with some limitations. I always knew my arms were long , for the fun of it I measured my self from elbow to elbow: 112 cm!
Im not 224 cm - only 185...

Quite different to Ivan Van Vuuren's latest recommendations. He's recommending down to eye height....
