Kelly Slater was using one of these accessories during the Tahiti Pro. He actually grabbed one from the boat in the channl then proceeded to record huge barrels

Footage would look cool, but I would hate to face plant with that in your mouth. Imagine the number of SUP's you could buy with the orthodontic bill.

Ive got one ordered. Cant wait to try it out. Hopefully got some teeth remaining after using it

I ended up with one by mistake in April. I had a Cam mounted on my board aiming out, from the nose... I fell off and broke the mount off the board with my knee. The waves where good, and I didn't want to go in... so I stuffed the "floaty backdoor" in my mouth.

It actually works great, easy to breath... very secure, no problem during a wipeout... I tied the tether to my wetsuit zipper pull as a backup to the floaty.

It takes great movies from that vantage.

Really isn't a bother at all. I still use it that way from time to time... less trouble than the headmount... great angle and aiming towards other surfers.

You can see the deck mount is still intact... it actually took the paint right off the board

That's ****ed. In a wipeout you'd lose your camera and your teeth.

I'm waiting for the Go-Pro chip that imbeds directly into my retina.

shot a bit of footage on mine yesterday while out on the longboard, it goes alright, the only downside is if you fall off water comes straight in through the breathing holes at the front. might have to try adjusting the camera around a bit

I replied and asked few questions and they each and every time were prompt and got straight back to me. They have even said as I'm flying out end of month and in Aus will try and express post it for me

Ive been waiting 3 months for mine now. I emailed them and they said that they weren't happy with the end product and were going to send out first week in September.
Ill believe it when i see it

Yeah they have said 11th or 12th of Sept. I guess its all subjective but i have been happy with service at least. These days thats a big part of any purchase. The amount of times I've bought something and the service as well as the product is sh-t I've lost count..

Yeah mine is on back order as well , spewing I won't have it for my ski trip….
