Many thanks to Naish Australia - Windgenuity for their excellent customer service when I had my paddle snap in half on the fourth use.
This was the first time I ever had an issue with a Naish product and it was replaced quickly. Whilst it would have been easy to blame "misuse or knocking" the paddle and not having to replace the paddle, after reviewing the circumstances Naish Australia stepped up & replaced it as a goodwill gesture.
