Ok, here it is! Hope you like it. It really gives you a good idea of how one sided paddling the whole crossing was & how the runners few and far between with all the cross chop.
Sorry about not getting the finish, we ran out of battery.

Unreal, I was glued to the screen.

Thanks for the time and effort to make this although I am sure you will treasure it for ever anyway.

Well done girls, that did not look like fun out there.

I noticed that neither of you had any liquids on you when you were paddling. I think you mentioned in another thread that you were doing around 1 hour hits each. Does this mean you were paddling an hour without liquid?

Hi Mike,
We actually worked on hydrating our bodies alot 2 days before the crossing. It worked very well along with a special nutrition plan.
However when on the boat, we did drink alot of fluid.
I had a pack on at the start, in case the boat never found me LOL.
Glad you all like it, i'm spewing we didn't get the last 2mile on video, as it really shows you the intense head wind.

Thanks Angie, I saw the video of Connor paddling into that last stretch and it looked pretty hectic.

I made a lot of mistakes with hydration many years ago. One thing I don't do anymore is go without liquid intake for more than 15 minutes at a time, especially on endurance events. I am curious as to why Allison gets cramp a lot and think that maybe this could be related to her overall hydration intake. Do you know what her intake routine was?

Good work Angie & Jas looked like a real grind around the 7.00 min mark. Work on your support boat driver to drop you well in front of the board and not at the side or behind for smoother change overs , every yard helps.

Pity about the end of the video.... I hear it was very intense
