Was listening to the developer bloke while i was in the car this arvo - it will be right next to Tulla airport, and (among other things) will use the airport's rainwater harvesting infrastructure to keep it topped up. Lease has been signed for the land and planning approvals have been granted.

Anyone out there got a lazy $18.5M laying around?

The drive will be quicker.

I'll have to keep a look out for cheap airfares to Melbourne, some cheap fares may mean it will be cheaper to fly to Melbourne for a surf than heading to yorkes or West Coast.....

Me thinks this will be an expensive couple of hours anyways
