From what I understand Malfunction is a competition and showcase of both surfing and stand up paddleboarding and is also a great way for the various industry folk to showcase their wares to the general and surfing public. So, why then would some knobjockey/s red thumb "suptour" for notifying the forum that they are gunna be there - got me buggered. The mere fact that the thread is advertising an event is an invitation for anyone to spruke their presence at the event in my opinion - good on you for making the effort "suptour" and hope to see many other importers/shapers and retailers there as well.

Unfortunatley we don't have time to run a seperate O40's or Womens divisions at the Malfunction. However if someone would like to sponsor a prize/$/or acknowledgement of the highest placed O40 and woman competitors that compete in the SUP Surfing we can certainly reward those efforts.
