July, ugh. I'm not a fan of Maui in the summer. Of course in the winter the channel can be pretty insane.

See in 13 weeks for the KOTC can't wait already, but I need to start doing some training it's the wrong time of year for me for Stand Up. I haven't had a beer since the 23rd August so it's a start. I've be very, very thirsty at the finish line of the KOTC race hope there's plenty of beer on ice.
