As I opened my paddle bag this morning there was a Kenalu paddle missing.
I'm not sure where I lost it but I think I must have left if behind on Wednesday morning at the grassy area at Brighton just south of Scarborough in Perth.

Did anyone by chance see this paddle and pick it up?

I feel for you as I know what that is like, one keeps looking in disbelief still expecting to see the lost item.
Next one looks in all other possible locations repeating the process until acceptance.
Then post on here and ask around before telling to the one you fear.
In my case she bought me an expensive wet suit and I did what you did on my first day wearing it ie lost it, that was over 5yrs ago.
Now all forgiven other than some reminders as she has now bought me another.
If I never post on here again it means I lost the new one and she found out.

You described the process exactly. Thank you for that. It is reassuring that it is not just me who follows that pattern when losing something of value to me.
