never mind the fact that he's not the biggest bloke in town, that's quite a wave. The session is on facebook in swellnet if you want to see other waves and a couple of mad barrels. Good that Kai's waves were included in the vid which has some amazing surfing in it - his waves were right up thre with the prone paddlers IMO.

If you guys haven't seen Kai will be chasing NZ waves in March 2015 with 7 other top athletes. 8 disciplines in total...
