Love to join you Stimo,
A group of us have started talking up Sunday and would greatly appreciate the oportunity to DW in the brown with the great Stimo.

We missed the Stimo's on Sunday! Holly Fry did her first event and had a ball, the 2.5 km length was perfect for Hol and hopefully will keep her interested!

Hey Phatboy, I'll be sneaking a few runs in on the Swan Sat arvo before the footy, and I'm thinking of 3 or 4 runs on Sunday. Pt. Walter to Melville beach - only 4 k's but the logistics are easy and the run is great in 30+ knots. Let me know if you're keen and I'll keep you in the loop.

Sat arvo before the footy

I thought your season finished a couple of weeks ago

Any room for a NewBe for the Swan sessions?
I've paddled a few ocean downwinders on my surfski, but not been too successful with SUP river downwinding, the wind has either dropped or the rivers been choppy with boat wakes.

I can swim and maybe drift!

Hey Wezzy is it true when you rescued him Benno was claiming he had hypothermia and needed someone to give him body heat?
You might need a bigger boat if your going to keep that skipper

Haha like i said yesterday Wezzy, my race strategy was executed to perfection. Was a little devo i didnt get to do the little downwind section, then i looked at skipper and realised i wouldnt have wanted to be anywhere else!

If I had of known wezzy was on the boat given away hugs I would of thrown my paddle overboard
I will be paddling both days on the estuary, so if anyone wants to drive down let me know. Sat will be from falcon to Herron and home before the footy hopefully, it's not looking as windy as earlier in the week but should be ok still.

I'm definitely up for one.

Got the trailer that can take 15 boards and cruiser so not sure when other crew are heading down and if anyone wants a lift.

Saturday sounds like a very cool run, but forecast isn't quite as strong as Sunday.

BT, which day do you think would be best?

Cheers,

Ian

Both days will be worth a paddle Ian, sun looks windier but a bit all over the place!
Nnw is best for tomorrow so keep an eye on it and decide tomorrow.
I will go either way, leaving falcon at 2-2:30ish
