One word comes to mind.. Broach ..

There's been heaps of posts in the past about this Standamaran.

They are hollow so they have bungs and that is the breather tubes

Why don't you buy one Lacey! you'd win all the flat water races in Australia. People still buy and paddle the Standamaran on Maui. I paddled one when I was in Maui and yes the Standamaran is bulk fast bult for speed even fast when paddling up wind I beleive Bruce from Currumbin is looking at buying one!. The Standamaran be great for SUP racing in Australia because the organisers want you to paddling up wind and back looks like two f18's put together and perfect in winds of 15 knots or less.

hi phil, tell us some more. is 15 knots the limit.

yeah, i would love to have a go on one, they look really interesting to me. i wonder if 'instyle' might consider them seeing as they would be good for most aussie conditions

My f18 is built for 15knot winds or less but I took it out in 20 knot winds last week I put the GoPro on the nose of f18 facing the ocean filming the runners I was catching runners for like 30 seconds it was BULK FUN traveling at 20kph did 11km in 52 minutes my fastest yet from Bilinga Lifeguard tower to Nth Burleigh rocks I feel of twice.
