Just take a deep breath, relax and enjoy the sights and colors. A beautiful part of the world for sure. It was like being on a magic carpet ride.

Thanks - I could not agree more. I was able to go out three times - 8 km around the lake each time. SUPing is perfect for places like that.

It's easy to get caught up in the day-to-day rat race so moments like that are good for the soul

I agree - I used to live in the Pacific Northwest and the trees/countryside is quite similar. It is actually in Germany. The lake is Eibsee; about 100 km southwest of Munich. The mountain is Zugspitze; Germany's tallest. Incredible place.
