with all the ordinary weather we're having here on the east coast it's got me thinking about where i should go for a holiday in early 2011.
Has any one got some suggestions on sup travel friendly locations (ie minimal airport transfers)

Do the old fashioned road trip. Head inland, and south, and make a beeline for Victoria. Forecast looks good. Put the boards on the roof, and do your own surf-about.... if it is onshore, we can get the big downwinder boards out for you! We have options.

Seriously Mac, you guys would love it down here at this time of year.... Sunny, dry air, no puddles, reasonable forecast for weather and surf....

If you can, pack your bags and cars tonight..... Clean a few things from the fridge, pack the esky, put the bins out, tell the neighbors, and get 5 hours of driving under your belt tonight !!

If you like chocolate soup, ballina is the place to be now with all the flood water spewing on to the beaches. I might come share some waves with you dogman.

come down to Iluka scored some beautys today.Spoilt for choice went to Frazers reef first up and got smashed , too wind affected went round the corner to main beach and got smashed again , but at least it was clean and a few bommies coming through.Frazers would be firing now i rekon , but ive knocked the top off to many.

What a life

I'm thinking future holidays overseas. I've already done most of Oz and want somewhere new. Thinking maybe March, Junish and another in Novemberish.

March and November are pretty good in Bali as no wind.
