I have also had an inguinal hernia problem since my teens ....now in mid 40s. Inguinal hernia. Have been able to manage it. Occasionally I feel the pain for days and reduce my strenuous activity . Being aware of it do early has helped me avoid surgery......but the inevitable wil happen.
