Ok I am in Italy, on an island called Salina off Sicily. This place is made for SUPing. I can't find a board anywhere.

Anyone know if where I can get a long term hire or anything at all.

Have fun ET Mark Raaphorst is holidaying in Italy you may run into him. Mark was saying Levanto, Cinque Terre, Mediterranean, Italy. Surf is big. Previous flood washed out some road. Classic old towns date back 1700 years ago are you in this area ET There was even an Italian on the WCT a few years ago.

Thanks DW. Have been to those mainland spots and they were great. There was surf in Levanto and Bonasolla. Am in Sicily after here but this is the place to SUP. I will keep searching. I need to paddle.

Try this site www.standuppaddling.it/ they have paddles for sale couldn't see boards (it's all in Italian) I sent a message to JP to see if they have an outlet there. I'm sure Naish would be there somewhere.
