Same thing happened to me but it was under the arm I was lucky my fin didn't cut my artery otherwise I would have just bleed to death and I was in Timor got stitched up with NO Lidocaine Antiseptic WTF don't you learn how to harden up when your in the middle of f###en nowhere.
