I leant out my leg rope and its come back with a knot in it... that I cant for the life of me get out.

Any tips??? (Apart from dont lend out leg ropes...)

Well the good thing now is that you've got a solid reason for never lending out a leggy again.

Only idea I have would be to put the knotted section in a bowl of hot tap-water with detergent and try to work it loose. Failing that, ask for an un-knotted replacement from your lendee...

sounds like a decent plan , I bet the lendee tried everything they could think of before returning it knotted.

I had a good outcome with lots of rp7 / wd40 and a rounded darning needle.

soak the knot in WD and work the darning needle in using a sailors palm

The wd40 didnt seem to effect the rope.
