Freebie board that was in two pieces, now making beginners and kids happy :)

Was snapped in the middle of where the new blue deck grip is

Stringers?
Cloth overlap?
Layup specs?
Weight gain?
Good job!

This is the "before" shot.
Cecil, (not his real name) took on one too many decent sized closeouts.

Thanks GB

I lost ur details to send the 'after' shots as requested so I posted here :)

Lee, just a couple of corecell stringers to help keep the rocker straight whilst the lam was done.
biaxial carbon and glass on bottom that's in tension (mostly) deck was just 4 x 4oz and a big overlap patch of 1 x 4oz over most of that blue foam area

Good stuff and choice of stringer # and material, and 4x 4oz instead of usual less layers and heavier cloth.
I used to taper the adjoining old laminate and push resin into the void under.

There is of course quite a taper, the scarf is a few inches, which is a bit hard with such a thin skin.

Weight gain is only a couple hundred grams so un-noticed with a SUP
