A good mate of mine had his first paddle for a while today.

Pics are a bit milky, because my phone camera was in a Snap Lock Glad Bag!

Pic 1 & 2 - his first paddle on my yellow railed board
Pic 3 - he's in the distance with my dog Bennie watching intently
Pic 4 - on his daughter's Red (hollow) C4 Vortice 14 !!

Thanks to Simon, DJ, Lacey and Kevin for all their support over the last 7 months.

Goatie Mambo is on even if I have to walk there.

Robdog, Ted, Logman so happy to just hit the water even happier to stay shiney side up.

Camo ya knows I am a total woossssie.

Hilly I lost 50% of the muscle in my left quad which kinda caused the left MCL to stretch and the knee to slop around in its socket. The knee would literaly colapse and I would just fall down for no reason so I have some idea of what you must be facing. Keep the chin up mate it will all happen.

Last night was only 5 mins on the water but to me seemed like it lasted forever! Best medicine by far

I may have to get myself one of them thar flat water boards for a while, just need to convince the physio now.

Phill
