A week ago I underwent surgery to my elbow to remove bone spurs (osteophytes).
Medical advice is to return to normal activities "gradually, as pain and stiffness allow."
I'm already itching to get back in the surf.
Has anyone else had this done, and if so - how long before you were paddling again?
