says the 21st in the news bulletin

with a decent swell and winds forecast, that is going to be a madhouse down there with beginners on surf SUPs everywhere - will be staying well clear! haha

wouldn't mind a demo day on the DWer boards when there are no waves around though... thanks for the heads up still.

Laurie,

We will be there until at least midday, probably quite a lot longer, depending on interest and weather.

Rob,

Not totally sure at this stage, what boards we will be bringing down, but will definately have a 9'6" Hokua.

Hopefully we might be able to get out on some BOP's and/or race boards as well as wave, I guess we see what the conditions are and use the appropriate boards.

See you down there,

Ian

Damn I'm working all weekend :(

On the plus side though I have been off the last couple of days and the waves have been fairly good and uncrowded, more tomorrow hopefully.

and I'm trying to save for a round the world trip next year....I'm scared that if I go near that 12'6 board crew keep telling me to buy, I'm never going to get on a plane next year....

"Step away from the board, Juddy....step away from the board...."
