Haven't paddled the Sunova but used to have an Ace 25" that I was a little large for but both undoubtedly quick boards DW with the right pilot.
The Deep dugout in the video is a custom unlimited that is ticking all the boxes for me so far. It was made for my size and ability and can't fault it yet - only faults are with the paddler.
I haven't been on it all that long so every DWer I'm discovering something new about it's behaviour in stronger winds. It was designed for 10-20knots and it is delivering on it's promise but the fact it is still manageable in the stronger days is a bonus.
Tomorrow it will be closer to 30kts so it will get another test.
