Mate can I ask how that backpack Pole setup affects your ride - you'd fang on regardless given the vids I've seen but curious as to how it affects general movement & balance ... as I said you'd fang regardless

keahi and geoff didn't really like it

and that was with the bar straight behind them which is a lot easier

the side on angles are the ones that get you as the whole setup gets a bit of a death wobble and thats just paddling around

after 20 minute your more of paddling around with the setup your more worried about the underarm rash you've getting from the bulky back pack straps

took it out in some solid waves not long ago but i haven't seen the play back

deems reckons it still looks like its 1ft

i got pretty smashed up just trying not to f@rk the camera up

just waiting for really good conditions to have another crack with it

yeah the height of the pole might be amplifying any wobbles and I guess the cam being so high will make it harder see how big the waves are too.
Bulky straps they are but kudos for innovating from me
mate don't take any of my ramble as negative - dig your vids & watch them all the time btw
cheers for the reply

late edit: Von Poros what is that Pie eating productions???? geez

your right about the length issue

i still want the camera about 1 ft more away from the rider so it capture just that little bit extra of the surrounds and down the line with some of the angled shots

can you imagine the freakin looks i get rocking up and saying hi to the crew in the water

its always a show

Nah stick at it , there'll be something eventually to stabilise the setup , might even be in the Mancave!
Looks hahaha once you get it sweet patent it and see what the looks are then as you take the coin
Cheers
