Next surf trip Costa Rica...!!

A little while back someone complained of not getting any speed out of their bottom turns,I and some others suggested he was not compressing hard enough so that he could get the necessary speed ,read projection out of his bottom turns.
A lot of guys tried to give examples etc, but if you watch Eric because, he is so tall you get a perfect illustration of lowering your knees and weight and compressing your weight into the board at the bottom of his turns.
