I had to dive deep into my soul to think about this one. And to be honest, The mushroom flash backs from over 25years ago have now taken me 2 days and counting to fully get over. And im now sort of regretting the whole experience. But lets get back on track here for a moment. Geeeez!!!!
Diet - consists of "a see food and just eat it" policy. Usually 90% Bacon and eggs

Exercise - i have a strictly religious way of life that totally dodges the gym (i have never "eva"done a proper gym workout in my life... and my girlfriend even works at a gym....bahahaha) however i am know to get a bit hot and heavy in the sweatfest department while playing in my playpen at home in the DogsDungeon.

Training of the mind - i havent had a working TV for over 7years and i dont read the paper. Unless a goanna or black cockatoo tells me about "the price of Dilma Tea being imported into China" my world of "The Boy in a Bubble" doesn't get smashed by much....
