Hello team,

My new starboard allstar 2024 arrived with the center handle not properly located making it unbalanced.

The local seller offers me to move the insert forward with the habdle to balance it. Question: is it feasible to deal with it without harming the sup?

Also see the insert is almost on the draining hole. Not sure how can they place anything elsewhere. Thoughts?

Another option is to get a replacement but given it's a design issue why would it be any different?
