There were already a few SUPs out Cook's Terrace when Dan got the call, informing him that there was a small video crew setting up on the private beach between the rocky outcrops that make up the terrace. Not one to miss out on getting his mug immortalised on celluloid and with a brand new DTM 8'4" just coming off the stands of his factory - he was out there. It wasn't long before he was schooling the rest of the Saturday morning Cooksie crew on the finer art of high performance paddle surfing. Consequently Dan exited the session with the temporary tag of Captain Cooksie.

Pretty good thanks Phill. Still a long way from flat water paddling let alone hitting the surf. At least I've got enough movement to hang on to the 500mm lens now.

Thanks for the cool editing and filming Casso makes my kookiness look ok... Yeah goatman one of these days will get footage in over 1 foot surf !

Also Casso did all this filming with pretty much one arm the other he can hardly lift past waist high which shows that you will be back in front of the camera in no time, though your pretty good behind it! Haha
