This was my 1st go with a Ion Air Pro mounted to front of board. Small 1 foot day at Wanda this am, not many out.

When trying to give a down the wave view from the surfers perspective I think I did not have the camera angled enough to the right say when riding a right hander. The footage seemed more like going straight to the beach even though going across wave. Thus in future I will try facing it off centre a little more eg right for a right.

With the looking back view similar probably applies, and I guess the amount of upward tilt would increase as the wave height does.

Any way I look forward to trying different angles and and advice happily received.
