My 18 month old Fanatic adjustable carbon paddle blade has developed a bubble near the tip. About 8 sq.cm. and 8mm thick, but not getting much bigger. The paddle has been lightly used. From other glass work I have done it looks like contamination or a flaw has allowed the surfaces to separate. About to split the bubble, inject West GFlex epoxy and clamp it up lightly unless there is a better way?
The paddle has never been in heat and is stored in a soft cover indoors.

probably been stored wet in the cover, with imperfections in the layup at the tip, allowing moisture in. add to that the Qld humidity, and you've got a bubble.
Melbourne weather comparison at the moment is water temp of 11c, air temp of 13c, with a s/w breeze straight from the Antarctic.
I should have such problems as yours

Wouldn't think that would matter with a carbon paddle too much.
