For boards with existing FCS 1 system, will there be an issue in sourcing FCS1 fins in the future ? Are they being fully phased out ?

There will likely be plenty of third party manufacturers making fins for a long time to come. FCS hasn't been licensing their FCS2 template to anyone, so everyone else is making their fins with FCS1 tabs.

Ok thanks Exiled. Went into a store today and all they could show me were FCS2 fins. They talked about the need to change fin boxes for boards which would be madness

You may have to order online if your local stores only carry FCS and Futures brands, but there are tons of alternatives like Shapers fins or True Ames, etc who aren't gonna stop making FCS1 any time soon.

There is so many aftermarket ones like stated above. Have a look at eBay there's tons and many are really quite cheap for the same quality of product

At a pinch, you can mod Futures but have to bear the cant in mind
