G'day all planing a trip for later this year normally I use Garuda or Air Asia but thinking of batik this time has any one been using them? Interested to hear your feedback.

I've sent them half a dozen emails asking what their policy and maximum length is for sporting equipment. Have not had a single reply other than automated delivery receipt, I eventually found some specs on one of their associated (Lion Air) airline sites which quoted 5'2 max length which wasn't helpful.
