Lost my Apple watch in the surf about a week ago as I forgot to put on neoprene sleeve which helps to stop it from getting ripped off my arm. Probably leg rope when I was getting pounded stuck on sand bank. Thanks to local swimmer at Burleigh who found it today and rang my sons number from my ROAD ID. It will be interesting to see if its still working when my son brings it over. Will keep you posted.
And no I'm not connected to ROAD ID, just use their product As it turns out money well spent. .

Below is copy of ROAD ID Ad.

I nearly lost my watch due to the Velcro wearing. Fixed the problem with this(though a little fiddly)
I feed the loose end of the Velcro strap through the near end of the buckle

Though - I'm left handed . You right handed heathens will probably struggle to achieve this feat

That's pretty lucky!

FWIW I use these - hair bands. They are like elastic bands but tend not to rip your arm-hair out. Two of these, replaced occasionally, keeps my watch safe.

Just charged Apple watch up and it's working fine after 1 week underwater in the ocean.

Thanks again to the ocean swimmer who found it
