My sons Allwave has a surface crack on top of the board and as he left stored on the beach the tail section has become water logged. The crack doe not seem very severe and is repairable, however will the board dry out over time ?

Sit it in a warm place so it can dry out ..for at least a week...then repair ..it may take up to two weeks to dry if its real bad ..a good test is to leave it in the sun and if bubbles or water come out 'it still water logged ..

i had one like this ...I didn't want my paint to fade ..so I rapped it in a black sheet and left it in the sun for 2 days ...with plug out ...

If it has been waterlogged for some time, it may take months to dry it, you wont be able to extract all the water anyways, and the board will slowly rot from the inside salt.

Tips: never let the board directly in the sun for more than minutes. Use a sheet to protect it if you want to warm it, and never let it go above 45C.
A vacuum pump is the best solution, but wicks of paper towels fanning out is the cheap option.
